The Federal Practice Program for the Northern District of California invites you to a symposium on criminal practice issues in our district. Our first panel of three judges will share their views on sentencing. The second panel will discuss issues related to confidentiality and sealed matters and proceedings in criminal investigations and cases. A reception will follow.
