Program

An opportunity to learn:

  • The problems and common issues judges encounter when attorneys do not engage in an adequate Meet and Confer process
  • Suggestions on how to conduct a successful Meet and Confer with opposing counsel or at least to let the judge know you tried your best
  • From each other by asking questions of the panelists and sharing your own experiences

New attorneys and summer associates are especially encouraged to attend.

There is no charge for the Program; however, since space in the courtroom is limited, please register online.
