Case Management: Best Practices in the COVID-19 World

The Practice Program of the Northern District of California invites you to an informal program that will provide an opportunity for attorneys to hear from Northern District Judges, in-house counsel, and private practitioners. Topics will include the Joint Case Management Statement, how COVID-19 is impacting litigation, and what the courts and parties are doing to move civil litigation forward. We especially encourage new attorneys and summer associates to attend!

The program will include a San Jose panel (July 13) and a San Francisco/Oakland panel (July 15). The programs will start at noon and will last one hour.

Please note: this program will be offered as a Zoom Webinar; the link will be sent to registered attendees one or two days prior as well as the accompanying resources.
