The Practice Program of the Northern District of California invites you to a panel of experienced outside and in-house counsel who will discuss the strategy and mechanics of making and defending Daubert challenges to expert witnesses. The panel will include discussion of the pending Federal Circuit en banc case EcoFactor v Google, and outside counsel will present a mock argument.
