How do I sign myself up for a class?
If you’ve already created an account on PracticeProgram.org, you can log in first, or the system will ask you to log in during checkout if it recognizes your email address.
Wherever you see an upcoming event listed, simply click on the name of the event (or the “View Details” button beneath each event name on the Upcoming Events page), and if online registration is open, you’ll see a large “Register Now” button. Select the number of people you’d like to register, click “Register Now” and follow the prompts through the checkout process.
Upon completing the checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your registration code. Please bring this email and/or your registration code to the event.
How do I sign more than one person up for a class?
Wherever you see an upcoming event listed, simply click on the name of the event (or the “View Details” button beneath each event name on the Upcoming Events page), and if online registration is open, you’ll see a large “Register Now” button.
The “Qty” selector above the “Register Now” button will allow you to choose the quantity of people you’d like to register, up to number permitted for a single registration, or up to the number of remaining spaces available.
During checkout, if you provide the email addresses of the additional people you are registering, they will receive a registration confirmation email with their registration code.
Please provide the name of each individual you are registering for. If you use your email address for all of the spaces you’re reserving, you will receive multiple registration codes in the confirmation email you receive. Please convey these codes to the people who will be joining you.
What if I want to buy a large number of tickets?

I went to an event and either forgot to take or have lost my registration code. How can I find it?
On the My Events page, click the gear icon () under “Actions” next to the event you need the code for. At the bottom of the event description under “Your Tickets” you’ll see a number of options:
Clicking on the email icon () will re-send your registration confirmation email which contains the registration code.
Clicking on the receipt icon () will display your receipt, which also contains the regstration code.
I signed up for a program but can't make it. Can I get my money back?
If you are unable to attend a program you may, however, send someone in your place. For ease of check-in and to ensure proper MCLE credits it is very helpful to us if the person substituting knows the name of the person whose space he or she is taking.
I got shut out of a program I really wanted to come to. What can I do?
You can contact the Executive Director at [email protected] and request to be put on the the wait list (please provide the name and date of the event). As space opens up in a program you will be notified that a space has become available. If you got shut out of a program and we will be offering it again in the near future, you can contact France Jaffe and she will attempt to ensure you a spot in the upcoming program.
