The Practice Program and Criminal Justice Act Unit of the Northern District of California invite you to a panel discussion by stakeholders providing a comprehensive and practice-minded overview of our district’s alternative criminal courts, including the Convictions Alternatives Program (CAP), Reentry Court, the Leading Emerging Adults to Develop Success (LEADS) Program, and announcing a new alternative court for veterans!
